The three-bedroom, three-bath plan has a lock-out feature that divides the villa into two separate plans: a two-bedroom villa and a one-bedroom villa, both with full kitchens. This give you the opportunity to use part of the villa to stretch your vacation points, or to give friends or family a little more privacy. There are also two different two-bedroom, two-bath floor plans ? one of which also includes the popular lock-out feature. All plans include a fireplace, a private screened porch, plus televisions and a DVD player for those evenings in. In every memorable detail, the villas at South Beach Resort assure the perfect environment to unwind, rejuvenate and re-connect with loved ones.
Located on 16 scenic acres highlighted by ponds and lush tropical landscaping just across from the beach, South Beach Resort sports an impressive array of onsite amenities. Hours of fun await you at our spectacular Owners Club. Here you'll find an indoor and outdoor pool, a Lazy River water ride, a kid's video room, meeting rooms, a fully-equipped fitness center, and men's and women's locker rooms with saunas. In addition, owners and guests have access to a business center, and a clubhouse deli that serves sandwiches, salads and wraps, smoothies and breakfast items. The new Owners Club also houses the resort's property manager and check-in function. Located nearby, the oceanfront Breezes Beach Club offers owners private access to the beach and a swimming pool, as well as games and locker rooms.
